Special Arrangments during the Covid-19 Crisis

Along with Uk government guidelines I have had to implement a change in the way dogs come into the salon.

As we all have to social distance we are no longer able to carry out initial consultations in the salon.

When making contact to book in, you will be asked a series of questions about your dog, this will include your contact details, dogs health, type of groom required etc. You will be required to pay a £20 per dog non refundable deposit to secure your appointment.

When you arrive for your appointment you will be given a copy of our Terms & Conditions plus our GDPR document that will need to be signed prior to the groom taking place.

This is the point at which you must tell us of any changes you require to your normal groom or your dogs health for existing customers or any other issues you need to raise.

You will be given a time to collect your dog which must be adhered to or a charge will be applied to the grooming bill.

Payment can be made via card or cash only.

We will be wearing gloves apron and face masks so if you are hearing impaired please let us know at the time of booking so we can wear face shields instead.
