We have range of grooming options for you to choose from, and we always listen carefully to our customers – so let us know if you have any special requirments for your pooch.
We have many years of experience in dealing with all kinds of dogs and will make sure the dog’s well being and comfort is the priority throughout the appointment
If you have an elderly, nervous, or rescue dog, we offer an out of hours one-to-one grooming option so they won’t be overwhelmed by a busy salon.

At the Red Head Dog Grooming state of the art salon in Brimscombe near Stroud…
…your dog will receive one to one care from a dedicated team of qualified professional dog groomers (who are also dog lovers).
We always put your dog’s well-being, comfort and happiness above everything else, to make sure they are at ease throughout the process.
We use only professional hand-held equipment so we are in control 100% of the time throughout the grooming process. Our electric and hydraulic grooming tables are on castors so they can be moved to where we need them, and lowered for bigger dogs to get on. Our bath has a ramp for larger dogs to climb in and out.
We have a range of professional shampoos and conditioners that are able to cope with the softest silk coats through to the grubbiest thickest fur. To top off the groom we have a range of wonderful dog cologne to keep them smelling fresh for days after.
The Red Head Dog Grooming salon is located in a beautiful location next to the canal in Brimscombe, off London Road just outside Stroud….and the coffee from the cafe next door is excellent.

Please note we are a very busy salon and can not answer the phone if we’re grooming due to safety reasons.
A £20 non refundable holding fee will be required when we contact you to make the appointment.

First time visit for my twin Westcotts Charlie and Dougie. They were in just a bit of a state, with coats overgrown and tangled. Red Head Dog Designs worked hard on them for 3 hours and now they look pristine. I was so impressed by, not only the time and dedication spent, but also the warmth and friendliness shown. I would not hesitate to recommend Hayley and her team, they are superb. Needless to say I have booked Charlie and Dougie for their next appointment well ahead of time to keep their coats in the wonderful condition they are now. Thank you so much Hayley, I will try and send some pictures (as you thought, they are both fast asleep in front of the fire now!!!)
